Indira couch, PHD


Our cadre of coaches is led by our CEO, Indira Couch, PhD. She is known for delivering compelling results, being insightful and ideating business solutions with ease. She brings over 25 years of multi-industry general management and cross-functional experience in the UK and Jamaica. One of her most notable business achievements was starting a company called Produce to Products, which was committed to converting Jamaican produce to value-added products. The tipping point for the company was bottling 3 proprietary fruit-based sauces: hot, spicy and gingery mango sauces which was eventual acquired by the Pickapeppa Company Ltd.

Her expansive experience base, ability to spot and frame opportunities that others cannot, and her drive, takes her resourceful ideas from “concept to execution” at a pace unmatched by others with comparable backgrounds. She also understands how to connect the right people to make things happen. Innovative and commercially driven, she has demonstrated unflagging enthusiasm and high energy as a transformational leader.

She is committed to a relentless pursuit of connecting with and inspiring action to persons who want to be more, do more and have more. As the CEO of ActionEDGE TT, she is able to fulfil her ‘purpose’ as a catalyst for change and continue to lead hundreds of business owners and leaders to achieve their goals of growing profit, building stronger teams and working smarter and not harder. With this network of brainpower along with her proven analytical skills developed at the University of London doing a BSc (Hons) Political Science and Economics and PhD in Development Planning, she is skilled at breaking down complex issues into simple steps and has access to the best tools, systems and methodologies to help her clients succeed.

John Gransaull

John Gransaull is highly respected in the oil and gas industry and brings a tremendous amount of experience to Offshore Sharing

After attaining a science degree from Louisiana State University in 1977, he began his career at H.J. Gransaull & Co Limited, rising to the position of Managing Director. During his time at the oilfield service & supply company, he pursued additional qualifications, receiving a Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA. 

In 1995 Gransaull moved to Camco Oilfield Services Limited in the position of General Manager/Director. Camco managed the Gas Lift engineering for bpTT’s oil wells as well as provided artificial lift and completions engineering to Trinmar Limited and others. The Camco group is now a part of Schlumberger. 

In 1997 Gransaull became General Manager, later Director in Charge, of Trinpet Services Ltd, which provided drilling support services to the offshore drilling operations of bpTT, BG, EOG and others E&P companies. Trinpet later became a subsidiary of International Tubular Services.

Since 2001, Gransaull has been Regional Director/Director and latterly a Consultant to the Regional Director Caribbean and South America of ASCO Trinidad Limited. He was involved in the establishment of the business entity in Trinidad and active in its management. ASCO Trinidad manages bpTT’s offshore logistics, and also provides drilling and production support services to BHP Billiton and others locally. The company has also supported multiple exploration activities in Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana and the Falkland Islands.

From 2009-2012 Gransaull was also a member of the parent Board of ASCO Group Limited. He established and managed ASCO’s Global consultancy business – Insight, which performed several large projects for major Oil & Gas companies.

Presently John Gransaull is a Director and Consultant to ASCO Trinidad and on the Board of other companies.
